It has been said that when you need a question answered quickly, you should ask the busiest person you know.  That’s Michelle.  Michelle serves as an initial point of contact, answering operational questions and assisting our clients with a variety of needs.  Michelle is our clients’ first go-to.  She has the gift of untangling difficult and complex issues.  She has developed and nurtured countless relationships with our clients along the way.  Today she’s responsible for ensuring the timeliness and quality of our entire client service effort.
